How we handle your data.

1. Who we are

94n Digital is a performance marketing agency. When you fill out the form on this site, 94n Digital ("we") is the controller of your personal data. Contact: nauris@94n.digital.

2. What data we collect

Through the playbook signup form we collect: name, email, phone number (with country code), store URL (optional). You provide this data to us directly and voluntarily.

3. Why we use this data

Email — to send you the PDF playbook. Name — to personalize the message. Phone and store URL — to understand context and, if relevant, offer a fitting service (only if you choose to continue). We don't share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing nauris@94n.digital.

5. Who has access

Only 94n Digital staff handling inquiries. Technical sub-processors: Netlify (form hosting) and Resend (email delivery). We have Data Processing Agreements with both.

6. Retention

Form data is kept in Netlify Forms for up to 60 days after submission, then automatically deleted. In our CRM we retain data until consent withdrawal or 24 months of inactivity.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, port to another service. To exercise these rights, email nauris@94n.digital.

8. Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies (for the form and country picker). No analytics or ad pixels.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this URL with the update date.
